How I Got Here.

I knew I wanted to be a physical therapist since the age of 15. When my cousin was in a car accident, we visited him in the hospital and the PT was teaching him how to use crutches. It was then that I realized then I could combine my love of helping people with learning about the body.

Since graduating with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2007, I've been dedicated to helping my patients achieve optimal health. However, in 2015, my own learning journey took a pivotal turn when I began studying Osteopathic Manual Therapy. This holistic approach has not only deepened my understanding of the body, but also allowed me to provide even more effective, hands-on care for my clients.

Competitive sports have always been my jam! From soccer and rugby to CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, I understand the commitment it takes to push your limits. Now, I translate that passion into helping my clients reach their own athletic goals. But outside the clinic, I love exploring the outdoors with my husband and son – hiking, paddle boarding, you name it! This active lifestyle keeps me grounded and helps me relate to the joys of movement everyone experiences.

Passionate about lifelong learning, I continue to take advanced courses in manual therapies including fascial counterstrain, muscle energy techniques, and more to provide you with the latest in treatment methods.
